Staff Accountants

Here at Yerkes & Michels we pride ourselves in the quality of our employees. We could not do what we do without them and their value is proven time and again with our high level of customer satisfaction.  All of our Staff Accountants have a minimum of a Bachelors in Accounting (or related field) and undergo rigorous training in each of their areas of work.  All accountants also obtain a minimum of 80 hours of continuing education every two years in the areas of accounting and auditing, as well as attending all tax schools and tax update courses for a minimum of 16 hours every year.  Additionally, at Yerkes & Michels, CPA, you can be assured that no engagement leaves our office without the thorough review of one of our experienced Certified Public Accountants.

Hayley Crawford
Office Manager

Hayley came to work for Yerkes & Michels in November of 2015 as our Payroll Clerk. In mid 2020 she was promoted to the position of Office Manager where she's continued to excel in customer service and firm promotion. She resides in Coffeyville, KS with her husband Don and daughter Alexis. Hayley and her family enjoy spending time at the lake, boating, four-wheeling, attending drag races, and shopping.

Allison McDonald
Payroll Clerk

Allison joined Yerkes & Michels in 2021. She resides in Independence, KS with her husband, three children, and family pets. Allison loves spending time with friends and family, camping, and being on the lake.

Judy Carroll
Sedan Secretary

Judy joined Yerkes & Michels after her retirement from Emert, Chubb, and Gettler Law Firm, to work part time as our secretary in the Sedan office. She resides outside Independence, KS with her husband, Dan Carroll. Judy enjoys spending time with her four children and multiple grandchildren, as well as writing her blog and co-authoring children books.
