Dan graduated from Pittsburg State University in 1970 and came to work for Yerkes and Michels following graduation. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1976 and became a partner in the firm of Yerkes & Michels in 1979. Dan works in the areas of individual, partnership, and corporate income tax preparation; business consulting; municipal accounting and auditing; and trust and estate tax preparation and planning.  Carmen Duroni, CPA
Carmen has been an owner of Yerkes & Michels, CPA, LLC, since 1999. She graduated from Pittsburg State University in 1981 and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1984. Carmen works most often in the areas of individual, partnership and corporate income tax preparation; audits, including Federal Single Audits; financial statement compilations; agreed-upon procedures; small business computer consulting; bank compliance and internal audit services. Randy has been a lifetime resident of Montgomery County. He graduated from Independence Community College and Pittsburg State University. Randy has worked for Yerkes & Michels since 1971 and became an owner in 1999. Randy has extensive experience in individual and corporate income tax as well as income tax consulting; financial statement compilations; municipal auditing and municipal budgeting. Dan is a native of Independence, Kansas. He was an IRS agent in the Wichita, Kansas District from January 1957, to December 1966. Dan joined the staff of Yerkes & Michels in 1967. David Schwenker
David has been employed at Yerkes & Michels since June 2000. He is a graduate of Pittsburg State University. Emily graduated from Pittsburg State University in May 2005 with a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree with a focus in accounting.
