Yerkes & Michels, CPA, LLC firm was originally established by Joseph Acre in the early 1930s. The Firm was purchased by Don Yerkes, Louis Michels and Charlie Callahan in 1959 and evolved into Yerkes & Michels, CPA in 1969. J. Dan Carroll became a partner in the firm in 1979. The firm subsequently became a Limited Liability Company and Carmen Duroni and Randy Hoffman joined Dan Carroll as owners in 1999.
